Script Export MarketInfo To CSV-file

The description of action:
     In the original version: periodically keeps in CSV-file the data on last bar for all currency pairs seen in a window "Market Watch" of terminal. The script is accessible in an source-file, therefore it is possible to change it for output of the necessary data.

Assignment:
     This script is useful to programmers, allows to organize export to a mode real time of the various trading data in a CSV-file for the analysis of these data in the foreign program.

Parameters:
     delay = periodicity of write in a CSV-file. It is set in milliseconds, for example value 5000 means periodicity of 5 seconds.
     timeframe = the period of the chart, which data of bars are saved. It is set in minutes, for example value 60 means period H1, and value 1440 means period D1.
     replace_data = define type of writing in a file. Value true = the data in a file will be replaced on new, value false = the new data will be added at the end of a file.
     file_name = the name of a CSV-file, receiving the data.
