Script FindHoles

The description of actions:
     Script for searching holes in history.

Parameters:
     Run_Method = method for run. Possible values: 0 - full run (run consistently modes 1, 2, 3 and 4); 1 - mode "find holes"; 2 - mode "prepare data"; 3 - mode "update М1-history"; 4 - mode "recalculate all timeframes"; 5 - run consistently modes 2, 3 and 4; 6 - run consistently modes 3 and 4.
     SecondsInHole = minimal amount seconds between two bars for detect hole. This parameter is used only in mode 1 ("find holes").
     FromDate = start date of history from that find holes. This parameter is used only in mode 1 ("find holes").
     DataTXT_FileName = name of file with М1-bars from that will exctract bars for holes. If you set empty string then the script use name by type "EURUSD.txt". This parameter is used only in mode 2 ("prepare data").
     DataTXT_GMTOffset = amount hours that should be add to time of bars in file with М1-bars for convertion to time of broker. This parameter is used only in mode 2 ("prepare data").

How to use:
     If you want update history then run script when MetaTrader in offline (don't receive a new ticks). For this you can disable MT4 in settings of firewall, or disconnect full PC, or enter wrong number of account, or etc.
     Open settings of MT4 and set value 10000000 for parameters "max bars in history" and "max bars in chart".
     Restart the MT4.
     Open М1-chart and run script in mode 1 ("find holes"). The script create a two files in folder [MT4]\experts\files\ with information about holes: txt-file for trader and csv-file for script.
     Download the txt-file with M1-history from site http://www.forextester.ru/datasources.html and copy file to folder [MT4]\experts\files\.
     Run script in mode 2 ("prepare data"). Set value for parameter TXT_GMTOffset (for broker Alpari = 2). The script create a csv-file with bars for holes.
     Run script in mode 3 ("update М1-history"). The script copy old hst-file (for restore previous history) and create a new hst-file with М1-bars in folder [MT4]\history\.
     Restart the MT4.
     Run script in mode 4 ("recalculate all timeframes"). The script recalculate all timeframes by M1-bars.
     Restart the MT4. Now you can use a new history.
