The description:
     The indicator to display on chart levels High and Low of current and previous hour, day, week and month. The user can set for each pair of levels following settings: to show or not, color, style and width.

Parameters:
     ShowLabelsAtLines = enable/disable to show labels at lines.
     LabelsAtLines_FontSize = the size of font for labels at lines.
     LabelsAtLines_FontName = the name of font for labels at lines.

     xxx_Show = enable/disable to show a lines.
     xxx_Color = the color of lines.
     xxx_Style = the style of lines. Possible values: (0-4).
     xxx_Width = the width of lines. Possible values: (1-5).
