The description:
     The indicator to draw vertical lines at events "new moon" and "full moon". The time of events is for northern hemisphere and not exact, it is approximate.

Parameters:
     GMT_Offset = GMT-offset of broker.

     NewMoon_Show = enable/disable to draw lines at events "new moon".
     NewMoon_Line_Color = color of lines at events "new moon".
     NewMoon_Line_Style = style of lines at events "new moon". Possible values: from 0 to 4.
     NewMoon_Line_Width = width of lines at events "new moon". Possible values: from 1 to 5.

     FullMoon_Show = enable/disable to draw lines at events "full moon".
     FullMoon_Line_Color = color of lines at events "full moon".
     FullMoon_Line_Style = style of lines at events "full moon". Possible values: from 0 to 4.
     FullMoon_Line_Width = width of lines at events "full moon". Possible values: from 1 to 5.
